Recommended for babies 2 to 18 months

This class isn't like a walk in the park! Designed to accommodate all fitness levels, it includes cardio, muscle strengthening and core work. This program brings together parents or care providers who love working out!

Kid Care may be available during this program for other siblings.

When registering, please register the adult for the program, not the child.
