Youth Leadership Development Program - Level Two

This is the City of Brantford’s leader-in-training program. Each level is a two-week program. Complete both Level 1 and Level 2 to meet all the requirements to be a recreation program staff and future day camp leader as well as receive a certificate of completion from the Mayor’s office.

Level 2: continue to develop your recreational leadership skills. This program also includes a Canadian Red Cross First Aid/CPR-Level C certification. one week of in-class training on dates below followed by a 40-hour volunteer placement at a City-run day camp at a later date to show off your new skills (Placement selection will be available on the first day of in-class learning). You must complete Level 1 before taking Level 2.
