Description
Be inspired by the bold, expressive world of Vincent Van Gogh. Explore his landscape drawings and discover how he used lines descriptively and imaginatively to create drawings with emotional impact. Choose a landscape photo or bring one of your own that you can use to help you create a drawing with a variety of expressive lines.
You will need to bring your own supplies. A supply list will be emailed upon registration.
Please note: This class will be held at Doug Snooks Eagle Place Community Centre, 333 Erie Ave.
Supplies can be purchased at Staples or Michael's.
Suggested materials
- sketchbook or drawing paper
- pencils (4 of varied softness from HB to 12 B)
- charcoal pencil
- black markers (ie., micron markers in a variety of sizes)
- eraser
- pencil sharpener
