Description

This is an introduction to Tai Chi and Qigong. This gentle form of exercise can help to improve your balance, muscle tone and mental well-being. You will learn a series of movements that builds on the movement learned the previous week. By the end of the 10 week session, you will be able to complete the short form of Chen Yang style Tai Chi.

Please note: This class will be held at Doug Snooks Eagle Place Community Centre, 333 Erie Avenue.
