Recommended for babies 2 to 18 months
Strengthen your core, improve your balance, boost your confidence, and relax through yoga poses with your baby. Meet other new parents or care providers and spend quality time developing with your child. We'll provide you with yoga mats and props, or you can bring your own. Bring your baby carrier to each class.
Kid Care may available during this program for other siblings.
When registering, please register the adult for the program, not the child.
