Introduction to American Sign Language (ASL) Join us for an engaging 8-week course designed for beginners who want to learn the basics of American Sign Language. Each session is 1.5 hours long, providing plenty of time for hands-on practice and interaction. Throughout the program, you’ll learn:Essential vocabulary for communicating with the deaf and hard of hearing, including common conversational phrases (How are you? What's your name?), fingerspelling, numbers as well as an introduction to ASL grammar, facial expressions, and other basic information you need to know to interact confidently.
