Mindfulness as a practice and discipline is enjoyed by millions, but it can be daunting to know where and how to start! Join this group to learn the basics of mindfulness and practice in a supportive group setting. This program will be offered either seated or on the floor, yoga mats will be provided. All experience and mobility levels are invited!
