Soccer Skills and Drills Level 1 ( 8 to 10 Years)

Participants will work on confidently shooting, controlling and passing a ball while moving. There will be a focus on individual ball control as participants progress into advanced techniques, game play and rules, while incorporating the importance of team concepts. Participants will be taught through age specific drills and games. Required Equipment: Clean indoor running shoes and a water bottle. Recommended Equipment: Shin pads Due to the duration length of this program, participants under ten (10) years of age do not need to be accompanied in the program, unless otherwise stated. However, parents/guardians are expected to remain at the program location for its duration in the event their immediate assistance is required.
