Description
The Lifesaving Society Lifesaving Instructor course prepares the instructor to teach and evaluate the pillars of lifesaving - knowledge, skill, fitness and judgement - for the Bronze Awards and Patrol levels. Candidates acquire proven teaching methods, a variety of development drills, and correction techniques.
Candidates must provide proof of identification (valid government ID with full legal name, and birth date) and proof of the following prerequisites: 15 years of age by the last day of the course and Bronze Cross certification (does not need to be current), on the first day of the course.
Required Materials: Lifesaving Society Instructor Pack can be purchased at the time of registration. Candidates should bring their Canadian Lifesaving Manual and Canadian First Aid Manual for reference. Participants will also require a whistle.
Required Fees: Candidates will be charged the price of the exam fee required by the Lifesaving Society upon registration.

Fridays: 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Saturdays: 12:30 pm – 9:30 pm
Sundays : 12:30 pm – 9:30 pm
