Description
Acro is a style of dance that combines classical Jazz dance techniques with precision acrobatic/gymnastic elements (cartwheels, headstand, back arch etc.). It is defined by its athletic character which focuses on gymnastic acrobatic movements and flexibility beautifully choreographed into seamless dance routines. Dancers will evolve their technical abilities based on their age and abilities.
In addition to the regular program dates, dancers must participate in the picture day, recital rehearsal and recital performance, Dates will be: Picture Day is Saturday March 28th and Sunday March 29th 2026. Rehearsal and Recital days will be Friday May 8th and Saturday May 9th 2026.
Family and friends wishing to attend the recital performance, must pay for a ticket in advance.
Required Equipment: Dancers require comfortable clothing.
Due to the duration length of this program, participants under ten (10) years of age do not need to be accompanied in the program. However, parents/guardians are expected to remain at the program location for its duration in the event their immediate assistance is required.
