Ninja Parkour Obstacle Course Level 1 (10 to 14 Years)

Ninja Warrior Obstacle Course Level 1 introduces participants to the basics of Ninja skills and parkour movements. Participants will focus on basic tumbling, vault, ledge and wall skills, fundamental movements such as jumps and kicks while building their physical literacy in a safe and supervised environment. Required Equipment: Clean indoor closed toe running shoes. There must be no strings on clothing and long hair must be tied back. A wavier must be signed before participating. Weight restrictions: Must be a minimum of 30 lbs and a maximum of 275lb in weight Waiver must be signed prior to participating. Required Equipment: Clean indoor closed toe running shoes.
