Description

Participants will work on confidently shooting, controlling and passing a ball while moving. There will be a focus on individual ball control as participants progress into advanced techniques, game play and rules, while incorporating the importance of team concepts. Participants will be taught through age specific drills and games. Required Equipment: Clean indoor running shoes and a water bottle. Recommended Equipment: Shin pads
