Description

Participants will be introduced to standing up, maintaining balance, push sequence while moving forwards, heel stops, turns, two-foot glides, scooter pushes and backwards skating. Prerequisites: No previous skating ability Required Equipment: Inline skates with a heel stopper required. All participants must wear a Canadian Standard Association (CSA) certified hockey helmet. Facemasks are strongly recommended for all participants. All participants must also wear wrist guards, elbow pads and knee pads.
