This introductory yoga program will improve your flexibility and mobility with an emphasis on breathing and body alignment. This program is ideal for beginners, seniors and those with limited mobility. It focuses on gently stretching and toning muscles to improve health and mobility. Relax your mind and learn to handle everyday stress in a peaceful environment. Beginner fitness level. This program may incorporate floor work. Required Equipment: Please supply your own non-slip Yoga mat.
