Description

Stay fit and have fun while learning one of the world's most beautiful dances. This class will introduce dance choreography that will focus on proper hand, hip, placement, and footwork of the beautiful Hawaiian hula. Tahitian dance will also be introduced to increase the cardio level. Please feel free to wear a sarong and lei if you like!
