Description
For female participants only. Adhering to the Lifesaving Society standards, swimmers will rise to the challenge of sophisticated aquatic skills including stride entries, compact jumps and lifesaving kicks like eggbeater and scissor kick. In Splash 6 they'll develop strength and power in head-up breaststroke sprints over 25 m. They'll easily swim lengths of front crawl, back crawl, and breaststroke, and they'll complete a 300 m workout.
Due to the duration length of this program, participants under ten (10) years of age do not need to be accompanied in the program, unless otherwise stated. However, parents/guardians are expected to remain at the program location for its duration in the event their immediate assistance is required.
Prerequisite: Splash 5 (6 to 13 Years)
