Pottery Clayworks Parent and Child ( 6 to 10 Years)

Participants will become familiar with the pottery studio environment as they work with clay to learn hand-building (clayworks) techniques such as pinching, coiling, and slab construction. Participants will glaze their hand-built pieces and have them fired in the kiln before taking them home. Parent/guardian and their child(ren) will share the projects. Only the child needs to register, not the parent/guardian. Active participation by a parent/guardian (14+ years of age) is required. Only one parent/guardian may attend class with a maximum of two registered participants.
