Description
Join us in this unique two-week program that will focus on learning to become a camp leader and recreation instructor. Campers will have the opportunity to fine-tune their leadership skills such as communication, motivation, creativity, feedback, and flexibility by learning to run and participating in various camp activities such as cooperative games, sports, water activities and crafts. Campers will learn valuable skills associated with interviewing, resume writing, as well as dealing with bullying and conflict resolution as a leader. After the two weeks of learning, campers will be able to apply to become a volunteer within City of Brampton programs and camps.
Campers may also participate in various camp activities such as cooperative games, sports, water activities and crafts. These activities vary by location.
Camp hours are from 9:00am-4:00pm.
Before and After Care (7:30-9:00am and 4:00-6:00pm) is available for an extra fee.
Late pick-up fees may apply.
Campers may be grouped based on age and ability.

Campers must bring a nut-free lunch and snacks, a reusable water bottle and wear comfortable outdoor/weather appropriate clothing.
Have all items labelled with child's name. Leave all valuables at home, the City of Brampton is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
