Description

This program will teach the fundamentals of pickleball. Participants will learn the rules, positioning, serving, and strokes. Technical skills will be taught through instruction as well as game play. Required Equipment: Clean indoor running shoes Recommended Equipment: Pickleball paddle Please note that this program will occur on the concrete Arena Floor. This program area is not temperature controlled, thus will not have air conditioning.
