Description
For female participants only. Adhering to the Lifesaving Society standards, swimmers will work towards a 10-15 m swim on your front and back. You'll do jump entries from the side and recover an object from the bottom in chest-deep water. Improve your fitness and your flutter kick with 4 x 9-12 m interval training.
This program will teach the equivalent of Splash levels 1, 2A, and 2B.
This program welcomes women, nonbinary, and gender non-conforming individuals who identify with programs created for women.
Men and other individuals whose gender identities do not align with women-focused spaces will not be permitted in the program, on the pool deck or in viewing galleries.
