Description
For female participants only. Adhering to the Lifesaving Society standards, swimmers will work towards two interval training workouts of 4 x 25 m kicking and front or back crawl. You'll be able to perform dive entries and demonstrate breaststroke arms and breathing over 10-15 m. You'll be supporting yourself at the surface for 1-2 minutes, and showing off your handstands in shallow water.
This program will teach the equivalent of Splash levels 3 and 4.
Prerequisite: Splash Adult 1 (18+ Years) or Splash Teen 1 (14 to 17 Years)
This program welcomes women, nonbinary, and gender non-conforming individuals who identify with programs created for women.
Men and other individuals whose gender identities do not align with women-focused spaces will not be permitted in the program, on the pool deck or in viewing galleries.
