Description

Maximum 3 participants. Adhering to the Lifesaving Society standards, swimmers will work towards learning eggbeater, stride entries and compact jumps. You'll be doing a 300 m workout and sprinting 25-50 m. You'll master your front crawl, back crawl and breaststroke. Prerequisite: Splash Adult 2 (18+ Years) Please note this program is not scheduled to run Monday August 3rd due to Civic Holiday.
