Splash 5 ( 6 to 13 Years)

Adhering to the Lifesaving Society standards, swimmers will master cannonball entries, eggbeater kicks, and in-water backward somersaults. In Splash 5 they'll refine their front and back crawl over 50 m swims of each, and breaststroke over 25 m. Then they'll pick up the pace in 25 m sprints and two interval training bouts: 4 x 50 m front or back crawl and 4 x 15 m breaststroke. Due to the duration length of this program, participants under ten (10) years of age do not need to be accompanied in the program, unless otherwise stated. However, parents/guardians are expected to remain at the program location for its duration in the event their immediate assistance is required. Prerequisite: Splash 4 (6 to 13 Years)
