This choreographed class is geared towards anyone who is looking for a low impact workout that focuses on both cardio and muscular conditioning. Intermediate fitness level. This program may incorporate floor work. Required Equipment: Clean indoor athletic shoes Programs occurring at Bob Callahan Flower City Senior Centre will require a Flower City Senior Membership in order to register for a spot in drop-ins or registered programs.
