Description
For female participants only. Adhering to the Lifesaving Society standards, these swimmers will have fun learning to get in and out of the water. We'll help them jump into chest deep water. They'll float and glide with a lifejacket on their front and back and learn to get their faces wet and blow bubbles underwater.
Due to the duration length of this program, participants under ten (10) years of age do not need to be accompanied in the program. However, parents/guardians are expected to remain at the program location for its duration in the event their immediate assistance is required.
We encourage the female parent/guardian to participate until their child lets them know they can do it themselves.
This program welcomes girls, nonbinary, and gender non-conforming individuals who identify with programs created for girls.
Men and other individuals whose gender identities do not align with women-focused spaces will not be permitted in the program, on the pool deck or in viewing galleries.
