Description
Learn to calm the mind and body with meditation using various techniques such as visualization, different types of breath-work, and simple yoga poses. Meditation can work whether sitting in a chair, sitting on a mat, lying down, or standing.
Beginner fitness level.
This program may incorporate floor work.
Required Equipment: Clean indoor athletic shoes
Recommended Equipment: Your own cushion, bolster, or non-slip Yoga mat.
Programs occurring at Bob Callahan Flower City Senior Centre will require a Flower City Senior Membership in order to register for a spot in drop-ins or registered programs.
