Description

Learn the fundamentals of rock climbing including, different hand holds, proper balance, reading climbs, and much more. This program will also incorporate climbing safety, basic movements, fun and games. Waiver must be signed in order to participate. Required Equipment: Clean indoor closed toe running shoes. There must be no strings on clothing and long hair must be tied back. Participant weight restrictions: Must be must be a minimum of 30 lbs and a maximum of 275 lbs in order to participate.
