Description
Adhering to the Lifesaving Society standards, swimmers will work towards learning eggbeater, stride entries, and compact jumps. You'll be doing a 300 m workout and sprinting 25-50 m. You'll master your front crawl, back crawl, and breaststroke.
This program will teach the equivalent of Splash levels 5 and 6.
Prerequisite: Splash Adult 2 (18+ Years) or Splash Teen 2 (14 to 17 Years)
