Description

Adhering to the Lifesaving Society standards, swimmers will do in-water front somersaults and handstands. In Splash 3 they'll work on 15 m of front crawl and back crawl and 10 m of whip kick. Flutter kick interval training increases to 4 x 15 m. Due to the duration length of this program, participants under ten (10) years of age do not need to be accompanied in the program, unless otherwise stated. However, parents/guardians are expected to remain at the program location for its duration in the event their immediate assistance is required. Prerequisite: Splash 2B (6 to 13 Years)
