Splash 4 ( 6 to 13 Years)

Adhering to the Lifesaving Society standards, swimmers will swim 5 m underwater as well as lengths of front and back crawl, whip kick, and breaststroke arms with breathing. Their new bag of tricks includes the completion of the Canadian Swim to Survive Standard. In Splash 4 they'll cap it all off with front crawl sprints over 25 m and 4 x 25 m front or back crawl interval training. Due to the duration length of this program, participants under ten (10) years of age do not need to be accompanied in the program, unless otherwise stated. However, parents/guardians are expected to remain at the program location for its duration in the event their immediate assistance is required. Prerequisite: Splash 3 (6 to 13 Years)
