July 13 to 17, 2026 is Brampton Honey Badgers Camp Week. All campers will attend a Brampton Honey Badgers basketball game at the CAA Centre on July 14th. Campers will receive a t-shirt, participate in themed activities, and receive a visit from the Honey Badgers mascot throughout the week. Camps running from July 13 to 17, 2026 include an additional fee for the game ticket, popcorn, transportation to and from the CAA Centre, t-shirt, and activities.
This camp is designed for campers with disabilities who require minimal support and supervision.
Campers will partake in activities including crafts, games, sports, music, and special events. Campers will have access to the beach at Professor's Lake for beach and water activities. These fun and inclusive activities will also promote social, fine, and gross motor skills development. Campers will also have the opportunity to go on one trip to a local attraction each week.
Staff to Camper ratio is 3-to-1. If your camper has extensive support needs, you can provide your own third-party support worker (must be 16 years of age or older, with a valid Vulnerable Sector Check/ Criminal Record Check (for those under the age of 18) obtained within the last 3 months. As a program requirement, all participants must have a current Inclusion and Integration Participant Profile form completed prior to program start date. If the participant requires medication administration during program hours, a Personal Information Record form also must be completed prior to program start date.
