Description

Using a chair for seated and standing poses, chair yoga provides an opportunity to stretch, tone and relax in a comfortable way. Great for beginners to yoga and makes a yoga practice more accessible. Expect to ease tensions, loosen up the body, and improve range of motion. Beginner fitness level. Programs occurring at Bob Callahan Flower City Senior Centre will require a Flower City Senior Membership in order to register for a spot in drop-ins or registered programs.
