Description
In this program participants will gain confidence in their fundamental movement skills such as balance, coordination and agility. They will be introduced to the basics of kicking, controlling and passing from a stationary position. Participants will also start to develop basic dribbling and spatial awareness skills through fun, dynamic and stage appropriate activities.
Required Equipment: Clean indoor running shoes
Recommended Equipment: Shin pads
Due to the duration length of this program, participants under ten (10) years of age do not need to be accompanied in the program. However, parents/guardians are expected to remain at the program location for its duration in the event their immediate assistance is required.
