Description
This program will introduce the fundamental skills of basketball. Participants will progress into advanced shooting techniques, game play and rules, while incorporating the importance of team concepts. Participants will be taught through age specific drills and games.
Required Equipment: Clean indoor running shoes and a water bottle.
