Description
Participants will work on confidently shooting, controlling and passing a ball accurately. There will be a strong focus on individual ball skills, while progressively increasing the importance of tactics and team results. Participants will work on using their skills appropriately and effectively in a game situation.
Required Equipment: Clean indoor running shoes
