Description
Participants will work on confidently shooting, controlling and passing a ball while moving. There will be a focus on body control, learning how to read the ball and situational awareness of their surroundings. Participants will learn offensive and defensive positioning through fun, dynamic and stage appropriate activities.
Due to the duration length of this program, participants under ten (10) years of age do not need to be accompanied in the program, unless otherwise stated. However, parents/guardians are expected to remain at the program location for its duration in the event their immediate assistance is required.
Required Equipment: Clean indoor running shoes
