Description
This program will teach the fundamentals of pickleball. Participants will learn the rules, positioning, serving, and strokes. Technical skills will be taught through instruction as well as game play.
Required Equipment: Clean indoor running shoes
Recommended Equipment: Pickleball paddle
Programs occurring at Bob Callahan Flower City Senior Centre will require a Flower City Senior Membership in order to register for a spot in drop-ins or registered programs.
