Description

The Lifesaving Society Examiner course is the first in a three-step process to be certified as an Examiner for the Society, and it prepares candidates to successfully apprentice as an Examiner on the exam of their choice. The three-step process includes: 1. Successfully completing the Examiner course, 2. successfully apprenticing with an Examiner Mentor on the program stream of choice, and 3. submission of the completed Examiner Training Record to the Lifesaving Society for consideration of Examiner certification. Candidates must provide proof of identification (valid government ID with full legal name, and birth date) and proof of the following prerequisite(s): Lifesaving Instructor OR First Aid Instructor OR National Lifeguard Instructor certification(s) (does not need to be current), on the day of the course. Required Equipment: Lifesaving Society Examiner's Handbook is required and available at time of purchase.
