Splash Adult 1 (18+ Years)

Adhering to the Lifesaving Society standards, swimmers will work towards a 10-15m swim on your front and back. You will do jump entries from the side and recover an object from the bottom in chest-deep water. Improve your fitness and flutter kick with 4 x 9 - 12m interval training. This program will teach the equivalent of Splash levels 1, 2A, and 2B.
