Splash 7 Rookie Patrol ( 6 to 14 Years)

Adhering to the Lifesaving Society standards, swimmers will continue their stroke development with 50 m swims of front crawl, back crawl and breaststroke. Lifesaving sport skills include 25 m obstacle swim and 15 m object carry. First aid focuses on assessment of conscious victims, contacting EMS, and treatment for bleeding. Fitness improves in 350 m workouts and 100 m timed swims. Due to the duration length of this program, participants under ten (10) years of age do not need to be accompanied in the program, unless otherwise stated. However, parents/guardians are expected to remain at the program location for its duration in the event their immediate assistance is required. Prerequisite: Splash 6 (6 to 13 Years) Please note this program is not scheduled to run Monday April 6th due to Easter Monday and May 18th due to Victoria Day.
