Learn vital self-rescue techniques, perform rescues of others, and master drowning resuscitation. Build strength and confidence as you refine your swimming and lifesaving strokes while meeting the challenge of a 400m swim in 12 minutes. This comprehensive training prepares you for real-life emergencies, ensuring you're ready to respond with skill and confidence.
Attendance: 100% attendance and Participation is required to be successful in this course.
Proof of Identity: Participants are required to present valid government-issued photo identification to the course instructor at the start of the course. Acceptable forms of ID include a Birth Certificate, Driver’s License, Passport, Permanent Resident Card, or other official government-issued identification.
Prerequisites: 13 years old by the last day of the course or Bronze Star
