LEADER IN TRAINING 2

LIT 2 is the follow-up program to LIT 1. This more intensive program will provide participants with specific training to work in a day camp environment. Participants will receive a strong focus on leadership, working with children and how to facilitate games and activities for large groups.

** Please note this is a 2- week program - week 1 will be classroom style learning with some games and activities, followed by 1 week of camp placement for successful completion of the program. Once the program has been completed, there will be opportunities for additional volunteer hours in camp. ***Participants who have previously completed Leader In Training 1 and have completed grade 9, are automatically eligible for LIT 2. ** ALL participants must have completed grade 9 to register in the LIT 2 program.
