Description

Move to the music and express yourself through rhythm and fun! Adapted Dance invites participants of all abilities to explore creative movement in a supportive and inclusive space. Each class encourages confidence, coordination, and self-expression through a variety of dance styles - from upbeat group routines to free movement activities that celebrate individuality and joy.

No experience needed - just bring your energy and a love of music!

An adapted environment is provided, featuring smaller group sizes, increased supervision, flexible pacing, and activities tailored to individual needs and goals. Participants must be able to participate successfully in a 1:3 staff-to-participant ratio.
