Description

Adapted | All Sports gives participants of all abilities the opportunity to learn and play a variety of sports and physical activities. Using modified rules and adaptive equipment, participants can practice skills like serving, volleying, and teamwork - all while improving coordination, balance, and confidence.

No experience is required, and all equipment is provided. No sports experience is needed, this program is designed to keep everyone moving, engaged, and smiling.

An adapted environment is provided, featuring smaller group sizes, increased supervision, flexible pacing, and activities tailored to individual needs and goals. Participants must be able to participate successfully in a 1:3 staff-to-participant ratio.
