This 45-minute class challenges advanced swimmers to refine strokes, build endurance, and boost water confidence (class ratio is 10:1). You'll master front crawl, back crawl (50 meters), and breaststroke (25 meters), along with advanced skills like eggbeater kicks, stride and compact entries and in-water somersaults. Workouts include a 300 meter swim, sprints, and interval sets (4x50 meters and 4x25 meters).
