Description
This is a Swimmer 4 class with a maximum of 3 people.
This 30 minute class focuses on skill development, endurance, and safety. Swimmers will refine front crawl, back crawl, and breaststroke arms with breathing over 25 meters, practice whip kick on their front, and complete 5-meter underwater swims. Safety skills include putting on a PFD in deep water and training includes interval swims (4 x 25 meters) and front crawl sprints.
