Description
This advanced 45-minute swim class (with a class ratio of 10:1) builds on Swimmer 4 skills, focusing on technique, endurance, and aquatic confidence. Swimmers will refine front and back crawl over 50 meters, breaststroke over 15–25 meters and develop continuous swims up to 75 meters. They’ll master eggbeater kicks, and in-water somersaults. Training includes foot-first sculling, and interval sets: 4 x 50 meter front or back crawl and 4 x 10–15 meter breaststroke.
