Description
This postnatal fitness class supports new mothers as they safely return to movement and rebuild strength after childbirth. Designed by a certified postnatal instructor, each session includes gentle core and pelvic-floor work, improved posture training, functional strength exercises, and mobility work to ease tension from daily childcare tasks. Exercises are tailored to your recovery stage and energy level, promoting body awareness, gradual progression, and a positive connection with your postpartum body. Join a welcoming community, regain confidence in movement, and feel stronger from the inside out as you navigate life with your little one. Must be a minimum of 9 weeks postpartum to join, and babies under 13 months are welcome to attend
