Get ready to mix, measure, and make something delicious! Adapt-a-Chef invites participants of all abilities to explore cooking in a fun, inclusive, and sensory-aware environment. Each class offers hands-on kitchen experiences that build confidence, creativity, and life skills - from simple snacks to tasty treats - all while learning important kitchen and fire safety tips along the way.

Please help us do our part in protecting the environment and bring a reusable container to transport your delicious creations home! Unless otherwise shared directly with Inclusion Services recipes and ingredients are not selected with any dietary restrictions in mind.

An adapted environment is provided including smaller group sizes and increased group supervision, activities adapted to individual needs and goals, plus longer transition times. Participants must be able to participate successfully in a 1:3 staff to participant ratio.
