This 30 minute class builds strong, confident swimmers through challenging aquatic skills and endurance training. Participants will refine strokes like front crawl, back crawl, and breaststroke, while mastering stride entries, compact jumps, and lifesaving kicks such as eggbeater and scissor. Training includes underwater swimming, interval sprints, and a 300 meter continuous swim.
